The balcony hangs over the bay itself. In summer you can watch the swimmers from breakfast; in winter the sea comes up the slipway and it is better than television.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area. Simply furnished and spotlessly kept — the owner cleans it herself between guests.
Xlendi has perhaps eight restaurants and one shop, which is either the whole point or a reason to hire a car. Victoria is a ten-minute drive.

The view is the listing. We ate breakfast outside every morning and watched the boats come in.
