What we use

Strictly necessary — these keep you signed in, keep your booking secure and remember your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off, because the Platform does not work without them. No consent is required for these.

Analytics — these tell us which pages are used and where people give up. They run only if you agree. We never store a full IP address: we keep a truncated prefix and a salted hash.

Marketing — these would let us measure a campaign. They run only if you agree.

Your choice

The banner appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject everything that is not necessary, or choose. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.

We record which choice you made, when, and against which version of this policy — because we have to be able to show that consent was given.

Third parties

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, or from MapTiler where configured. Loading a map means the tile provider sees your IP address. Where a payment provider or a bot-protection service is enabled, it may set its own cookies; this policy will be updated when one is.
