Listing is free. XEMX takes 5% from the host side of a completed booking and 6% from the guest side — 11% in total, and nothing at all if the property does not let.

You get an AI pricing model built on comparable listings in your locality, a calendar that blocks itself when a booking is confirmed, direct messaging with guests, and monthly payouts.

Short lets require a Malta Tourism Authority licence number, which we display on the listing. Long lets of six months or more must be registered with the Housing Authority; we prompt you when the lease is signed.
