About XEMX

XEMX exists because renting in Malta is still harder than it needs to be.

Listings are scattered, prices are quoted without fees, and the same apartment appears five times under five different agents. We built a single, verified marketplace for the Maltese islands — one listing per home, one transparent commission of 11%, and search that understands plain language.

The name is the Maltese word for sun. The mark places that sun beside Saint Paul, who has stood for shelter and safe arrival on these islands since the year 60.

We verify every listing before it is published. Short lets must show a valid Malta Tourism Authority licence. Long lets state their minimum term before you book. Nothing is hidden until checkout.
