Available on a six-month minimum. The living room and main bedroom both face the creek, so you look across the moored yachts to Manoel Island and the fort behind them.
Two bedrooms — one double, one that takes a small double or a good desk. One bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. The kitchen is fitted and there is a separate utility with a washer and a dryer, which matters in a winter that is wetter than people expect.
Water and electricity are billed on the residential rate and read quarterly. Internet is already installed and can be transferred. Unfurnished options can be discussed.

I look after four seafront flats between Sliema and Gżira. I grew up on Tower Road and still swim off the rocks most mornings — ask me where the water is calmest.
