Everything on one level and no steps at the entrance, which makes this one of the few places in the north that genuinely works for someone who cannot manage stairs.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open kitchen and living room facing the walled garden. The garden is planted with rosemary and a fig that produces more than anyone can eat in August.
Off-street parking for one car. The village core and the bus terminus are both about eight minutes on foot. Dogs are welcome and the garden gate closes properly.
