Two doubles plus a sofa bed in the living room that is comfortable enough for a fifth person. Both bathrooms have showers, one is an ensuite. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a full-size oven.
Paceville is ten minutes on foot if you want it and far enough that you cannot hear it. The bay itself is quiet by midnight on weekdays.

Very quiet street, which was the main thing for us. Parking took a couple of minutes to find but never longer.
