It is a studio and the listing will not pretend otherwise — two people who like each other will be fine, three would not be. Best suited to a short city stay where the flat is somewhere to sleep rather than somewhere to spend the day.
One street back from Spinola, so the walk to anything is under five minutes and the noise is manageable with the window shut.

Arrived late and the host waited up for us. That set the tone for the whole week.

The view is the listing. We ate breakfast outside every morning and watched the boats come in.
