A second-floor flat on a side street behind the Qui-si-Sana gardens, two minutes from the water but away from the noise of the front. Good for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping above a bar.
One double bedroom, a separate living room with a sofa that does not fold out, and a galley kitchen with everything you need to cook properly. The balcony gets sun from about two in the afternoon.
The lift stops at the floor. Bus routes into Valletta and up to St Julian's are both within five minutes, and the rock beach at Fond Ghadir is a short walk down the hill.

Perfect for a family. Plenty of space, the cots were ready when we arrived, and the beach is close enough to walk with small children.
