Reporting

To report a listing, a review, a message or a user, write to m.iorgu@gexcap.com with enough detail for us to find it. To report suspected fraud, write to m.iorgu@gexcap.com and do not transfer money.

What we do about it

We review reports we receive. Depending on what we find we may leave the content, remove it, unpublish a listing, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate it, and where appropriate report to the authorities.

We tell the person affected what we did and why, and give them a way to respond, except where telling them would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the message we sent you and a different person will look at it.
