An old village house in Żurrieq with a roof terrace looking south over the fields towards the sea. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a courtyard in the middle of the house.
The Blue Grotto boats leave from Wied iż-Żurrieq, a four-minute drive. Ħaġar Qim is about the same in the other direction.
Parking outside the door. This is a working village, not a resort — the shops close in the afternoon and reopen at four.

We booked for four nights and stayed six. The terrace in the evening is the whole reason.

Spotless. The host replied to every message within the hour and dropped off extra towels without being asked twice.
Host: Thank you. Come back in spring, the island is at its best in April.

Perfect for a family. Plenty of space, the cots were ready when we arrived, and the beach is close enough to walk with small children.
